The Chamonix Blanc de Blancs MCC is a premium South African sparkling wine produced by Chamonix Wine Estate in the Franschhoek Valley.
“MCC” stands for Méthode Cap Classique, meaning the wine is made in the traditional method (like Champagne). With the secondary fermentation taking place in the individual bottle to create the bubbles. “Blanc de Blancs” translates to “white from white,” indicating it is made exclusively from white grapes, which in this case is 100% Chardonnay.
This Chamonix Blanc de Blancs MCC, crafted entirely from Chardonnay and bottle-fermented, boasts a lively and bright flavour profile enhanced by 18 months of lees contact.

- Food Pairing: Excellent as an aperitif, or paired with shellfish, crab, lobster, or charcuterie.
