Our service includes the delivery and collection of pre-chilled drinks, glassware, ice and bar accessories. We also offer a refund on any unused, unopened liquor returned in resalable condition.
Need experienced staff? We can arrange professional barmen and waiters through our trusted independent team, who have been working with us for over 12 years. Each team member has more than 10 years of hospitality experience, and their fees are paid directly to them.

We work with a trusted independent hospitality team that has partnered with us for over 12 years. Each team member has more than 10 years of industry experience, and all staffing fees are paid directly to them.

Ice Supply
Keep your drinks perfectly chilled throughout your event with our reliable ice delivery service. We deliver ice in heavy-duty insulated cooler boxes, allowing us to deliver well before your function begins while keeping it frozen until you’re ready to use it.
Easy Returns
We make returning unused event stock simple and hassle-free. Please note the following return conditions:
- Beer, cider and 200 ml soft drinks can only be returned in full, unopened 6-packs.
- All returned items must be unopened, clean and in resalable condition.
- If more than 50% of your original order is returned, a 10% administration fee will apply to the total invoice value.
Event Planning Tips
A little planning goes a long way in ensuring your event runs smoothly. Here are a few of our top tips:
- Keep it simple: Offer a limited selection of drinks to speed up service, such as one beer brand and one red and white wine.
- Include non-alcoholic options: Cater for designated drivers and non-drinkers with soft drinks, mixers and mocktails.
- Keep guests hydrated: Provide plenty of water, whether sparkling, still or served in ice water jugs.
- Remember the essentials: Stock a selection of juices, fresh lemons and limes, and place a rubbish bin behind the bar for convenience.
- Have the right equipment: If you’re not hiring a barman, make sure there’s a corkscrew and bottle opener at the bar.
- Book early: Reserve your glassware as soon as possible, especially during peak event seasons when stock is limited.
