The 2021 Beaumont “New Baby” is a white blend. It is beautifully balanced and complex. This wine showcases a cooler vintage’s elegance. Consequently, this release is a blend and includes their oldest white cultivars. These are Chenin Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon, Chardonnay, and Colombar.
Furthermore, on the nose, the Beaumont New Baby 2021 presents a lovely bouquet of fresh apples and ripe peaches. Subtle hints of honey are also present.
