Winemaker Jolandie Fouché crafts the Wolf & Woman Glen Frank Syrah 2025 from a single, steep vineyard in Darling. Planted on granitic soils 9km from the Atlantic Ocean, the site produces intense, cool-climate fruit. Fouché utilizes 100% whole-bunch spontaneous fermentation before aging the wine in old oak barrels for 10 months. The Wolf & Woman Glen Frank Syrah 2025 is an extremely limited release, with only 830 bottles produced.
