The Fledge & Co Constantia Riesling is an age-worthy, dry white wine hailing from the historic, windswept Constantia Valley in the shadow of Table Mountain. Grown in decomposed granite and sandstone soils, The Fledge & Co Constantia Riesling relies on hand-harvested fruit from a meager, highly concentrated crop.

Natural, low-intervention winemaking includes gentle pressing, cold fermentation using “Champagne” yeast, and 9 months of maturation on the fine lees (sur lie) in old French oak barrels and stainless steel. It was bottled unfined and unfiltered. Decant in its youth or cellar for years to let it flesh out. Perfect as an aperitif, or paired with fresh seafood, mild Cantonese cuisine, or roast chicken.
