The name “Jewel Box” is inspired by a fascinating deep-sky object. It is a cluster of vibrant stars found within the Southern Cross constellation.
Expect a light straw yellow colour. The bubbles are elegant and very fine. Complex aromas of roasted almonds and marzipan greet the nose. Subtle hints of strawberry, cherry compote, and zesty citrus also appear. The palate is dry, rich, and full-bodied. A soft, toasty creaminess provides a beautiful palate weight.
