This vintage combines 56% Touriga Nacional and 44% Syrah. Winemakers sort the fruit meticulously before spontaneous fermentation in open-top fermenters, leaving 10% of the Syrah as whole bunches. Following basket pressing, the wine ages for 10 months in neutral 500L French oak barrels.
