The Winemaking Process: Winemaker Josef Dreyer carefully selects red wine grapes for this blend. Merlot is the main component, supported by Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc. All grapes are hand-picked for quality. A minimal skin contact time (around 4 hours) is permitted. This extracts the beautiful melon-pink colour and delicate aromas. Fermentation occurs at cool temperatures to preserve the vibrant fruit character.
