The Pienaar & Son DAD Gin 500ml is a special limited-edition release. This artisanal gin is a tribute to the founding father-and-son collaboration. Cape Town distillers age a batch of their signature Orient or Empire gin for approx 12 months. They use American Oak casks for this maturation process. This creates a richer, smoother profile than the original expression. The resulting spirit is a bold, complex creation.

Pienaar & Son DAD Gin displays a lovely pale gold hue from the wood. The nose is warm and inviting. Notes of vanilla, toasted oak, and rich spice are noticeable. These aromas are layered over the original bright citrus and juniper core. The palate is exceptionally smooth and full-bodied. Sweet vanilla and spice flavors blend with the gin’s herbal complexity.
