Mullineux Schist Chenin Blanc 2025 – Swartland Fine Wine

The 2025 Mullineux Schist Chenin Blanc captures the unique single-terroir expression of Kasteelberg. Bush-vines grow at 400 meters altitude on rocky, schist-based slopes. This challenging environment naturally restricts vine vigor and yields smaller grape clusters with a high skin-to-juice ratio. Consequently, the wine delivers exceptional structure, depth, and a firm chalky texture balanced by signature Swartland freshness.
