This MCC features a fine, persistent stream of pearlescent bubbles. It has been matured for a minimum of 36 months on the lees. This extended aging builds exceptional complexity and a refined texture.
The nose is bright and inviting. Aromas of fresh citrus blossoms and zesty lime are prominent. Secondary notes of rich nougat, toasted nuts, and hints of proving dough emerge delicately. The palate is fresh, structured, and elegant. You will taste grapefruit, ripe lemon, and white peach flavours. A bright, mineral-driven acidity ensures a precise and clean finish.
