The whisky matures in a specific combination of casks. It uses 90% ex-Bourbon barrels for sweetness. A final 10% is aged in STR (shaved, toasted, re-charred) ex-Portuguese red wine barriques. This gives the whisky its rich colour and extra complexity.

The nose is delightfully sweet and floral. You will find inviting notes of soft brown sugar and tropical fruit. The palate is creamy and smooth. It delivers bright flavours of pineapple syrup and summer berries. The experience concludes with a light finish of kiwi fruit and citrus zest.
