The spirit matures initially in classic ex-Bourbon barrels. It then moves into an inventive combination of finishing casks. Moroccan red wine casks contribute aromatic sweet spice. New charred oak adds a bold, fiery dimension. Shaved, toasted red wine casks offer nuanced fruity notes. Finally, Pedro Ximénez sherry casks bring rich, syrupy sweetness.
