Discover the acclaimed Gabrielskloof Elodie Chenin Blanc 2022, a top-rated South African white wine. This wine comes from two distinctive, dry-land Swartland bushvine vineyards. The vines at Jakkalsfontein boast granite soils; the Nuweland vines grow in iron-rich soils. Grapes were whole-bunch pressed and naturally fermented. Winemakers used older 400L and 500L barrels for fermentation and maturation. The wine spent nine months on its lees before bottling.
