Espolon Reposado Tequila 750ml delivers an award-winning flavor experience. This premium spirit is crafted from 100% Blue Weber Agave. The agave is grown in the high-altitude Los Altos region of Jalisco, Mexico. This Reposado begins its life as Espolon’s renowned Blanco Tequila.
The tequila is then rested for at least three to five months. New, lightly charred American oak barrels are used for this important aging process. This resting period introduces a wonderful complexity and a warm, golden hue to the final product.
The nose is greeted with spicy notes and a pleasant hint of caramel fudge. On the palate, a rich roasted agave flavor is discovered immediately. Sweet tropical fruit, vanilla, and brown spices follow the initial bold taste. This profile is expertly balanced, providing a medium to full-bodied feel.
