Acclaimed winemaker Reenen Borman crafts the 2025 Boschkloof Syrah with incredible mastery and finesse. A standout growing season produced healthy, concentrated grapes across the estate’s Stellenbosch vineyards. Partial whole-bunch fermentation and careful maturation in mostly older French oak preserved pure fruit intensity and delicate spice.
This 2025 vintage opens with an aromatic nose of violet, black pepper, crushed fynbos, and dark berries. Rich flavors of ripe plum, savory olive tapenade, and delicate clove flow smoothly across the palate. Fine, powdery tannins frame a lingering finish marked by vibrant acidity and classic Rhone-style elegance.
