Boplaas 12 Year Potstill Brandy is produced using the traditional double-distillation method. Selected high-quality wines are used for the base spirit. The spirit is matured for a minimum of twelve years in small French oak barrels. The warm, dry climate of the Karoo accelerates the interaction between wood and spirit. This contributes to the brandy’s deep, concentrated flavour.
