Secure your bottle of Blaauwklippen 10 Year Brandy, presented in a 500ml format. This is a rare and complex Potstill Brandy. It showcases the rich heritage of one of Stellenbosch’s oldest wine farms. Base wines of Chenin Blanc and Colombard were used.
The spirit was double-distilled in an old copper pot-still. Maturation occurred for at least a decade. It rested in selected 225 litre French oak barrels. This long aging process delivers its deep, nuanced character. Enjoy a bouquet that is complex and inviting. Whiffs of attractive vanilla and spicy cloves draw you in. The palate offers rich, opulent fruit flavors. Expect notes of dried figs and raisins. A subtle sweetness and lingering spice mark the satisfying finish.
