This red shows a deep ruby-red colour. The nose offers a rich bouquet of red berries and chocolate. Hints of vanilla and oak spice add complexity. On the palate, juicy berry flavours dominate. The grapes were hand-harvested at optimal ripeness. Fermentation on the skins lasted five to seven days. The wine then underwent malolactic fermentation in tank.
