Ruinart Blanc de Blancs is crafted from 25–30 distinct Chardonnay crus, primarily sourced from the Côte des Blancs, Montagne de Reims, Sézannais, and La Vallée de la Vesle, showcasing the rich diversity of Champagne’s terroir.
Hand-harvested, this blend incorporates 20–30% reserve wines from various vintages. It undergoes alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel, followed by malolactic fermentation. The wine then ages in cellars for 2–3 years, with a dosage of 7 g/L.
