This wine showcases three Pinot Noir vineyards located on either side of their usual Elgin base, with sites in Stellenbosch and Bot River. These locations provide a richer expression of Cape Pinot Noir, featuring hints of darker fruit. The wine is a medium ruby with a crimson rim, offering aromas of strawberry and black cherry with subtle clove notes typical of the variety. Engaging notes of fresh berries and dark plums add immediate appeal. The medium palate boasts a satin texture and beautifully refined tannins, leading to a long, tapering finish that leaves pleasant echoes of raspberry and plums on the palate.
