From the Polkadraai region of Stellenbosch, this Chenin Blanc is a blend of two carefully selected samples. Notably, 60% of the wine was whole bunch fermented for a period of six days, followed by 11 months of maturation in seasoned French oak barrels. The winemaking approach for this Chenin Blanc included an extended period of skin contact, a deliberate technique to showcase its appealing textural qualities, harmonizing with its vibrant freshness.
