Great Heart Cabernet Sauvignon 750ml

This Cabernet comes from a single vineyard planted in the deep, loam-rich soils on the lower slopes of the Helderberg Mountain. It has a deep garnet red color with attractive aromas of elderberries and red currant leaf. The broad mid-palate is embraced by silky tannins and intricate layers of plums, graphite, and pomegranate, finishing with a gentle, lingering array of mulberry coulis and light cocoa dust. This wine pairs well with roasted meats, root vegetables, and creamy pasta dishes. It is also vegan-friendly and best served at 16-18˚C.
