This Shiraz bursts with aromas of crushed black pepper, dark plums, and liquorice, leading to subtle hints of vanilla and cedar. On the palate, the vibrant plum fruit takes center stage.

Sourced from Stellenbosch, Elgin, and Constantia, the grapes were fermented on skins for 7 days, followed by 3 weeks of skin contact. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels (20% new) and lightly filtered for a smooth finish.
