Grown on the upper slopes of Tulbagh on the Witzenberg mountain, in pure shale and schist soils. Harvested in 16.5kg crates and picked in two batches, the blend consists of 50% Mourvedre, 30% Syrah, and the remaining Grenache Noir, fermented in stainless steel tanks.
